i do not see anyway in the beta (i didn't try it in the final version) to change the order of playlists in an iPod, other than changing the track numbers, which is time consuming. i'd love to be able to just click and drag.

do you mean the order of the lists that show up in the iPod (they are simply alphabetic) or the order of songs in a given list.  The order of songs on a fixed list you just drag them and move them in the order you want, you might have to tell MC to save the new order.

on a SmartList, I dont think you can set the order.  

Track number has nothing to do with anything iPod, Track number refers to what track is the song relative to the whole album, not relative to a playlist.

once a playlist is set up in the iPod, using MC, you cannot change the order of the songs. It isn't simply a question of dragging them to the list in the order you like. If you are working off, for example, 12 albums, it isn't that easy to know what should be dragged over first. of course you can run iTunes and change the order.
