I have an iriver 390t and i formated it as a removable usb drive (it shows up as a portable drive in the tree of mj8). i want to be able to encode my music at a lower bitrate when i upload it to my portable player, but the option isnt there when i open the plug in manager. do i need a special plug in to do this even though i have my player set up as a removable drive?

lastly, my files seem to transfer really slow to my player, (slower than if i use explorer), is this normal?
