I recentlly replaced JUKEBOX 8 WITH 9. it was working fine for a short time, then on opening, I began receiving the followin message:

Now Iam unable to open or use the program. I've tried rebooting, reloading and redownloading JUKEBOX 9 with no success.  I even tried reloading windows.

I am now sorry I downloaded the update at all and would prefer to keep v. 8.  

Can anyone give me some advice as to how to correct this problem.  I sure would appreciate it.

Did you install v9 over the top of v8? If so then that could be your problem. Do the following....

Backup license...uninstall MJ...update anything your not current on (OS SP's, ASPI, DirectX, etc.)...reinstall MJ...restore license.

and did you try Uninstalling then re-installing
