Able to listen to and enjoy my favorite internet radio station.
Able to use DFX-Enhanced plug-in for MJB 8.0 to listen to the internet radio station.
My problem develops when I want to RECORD and PLAYBACK the music played by the internet radio station.
I am able to actually RECORD music from the station.
BUT when I PLAYBACK the music just RECORDED from the internet radio station, the sound is horrible. It is distorted and reduced in sound level. Unchecking the box for the DFX plug-in brings up or increases the sound BUT the sound is still distorted. The sound sounds somewhat like an old speaker cone that has gone bad.
I can play the same internet radio station with WinAMP, RealPlayer, Windows Media Player 9, iTunes, MusicMatch Jukebox, jetCast, and Sonique and the sound sounds great. So my sound system and sound card works fine with all these other media players.
I can use Total Recorder together with WinAMP and I can RECORD and PLAYBACK the internet station without any sound distortion.
I have not been able to come up with the right combination of settings/options to enable me to use Media Jukebox 8.0 to RECORD and PLAYBACK the music from the station without the sound being distorted.
Media Jukebox 8 works fine if I only want to LISTEN to the internet radio station.
The problem is in the RECORD and PLAYBACK.
Again any help, recommendations, or suggestions appreciated.
I really like MJB 8.

Don't want to spend money and purchase the PLUS model if I cannot RECORD and PLAYBACK without distortion music from the internet radio station.
