I've just downloaded .317 because I thought it might solve the problem I had with .316 ... I can't install any of them

When I try to install them, up pops a message saying: "Install Wizard did not detect a new enough version of Microsoft Internet Explorer. Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or above is required."

My current version of IE is: 6.0.2800.1106.xpsp2.030402-1633, and I generally keep my system fully updated... hence .317.

I've looked a bit around in the forum, but haven't noticed anyone else with my problem. Any suggestions ?

It's the first time I've had a problem with MC or MJ, which I've been using for the last couple of years so...

I have this version, works fine

note the "030422" and not "030402"

I have the same problem. I'm running 6.0.3790.0, which comes with Windows Server 2003. The beta's (v10) install fine, but the v9.x won't... I tried to update my IE, but then I get a msg that I already have the latest version.

I've either updated my system or else it was a typo the first time around, anyway I also have IE 6.0.2800.1106.xpsp2.030422-1633 now, but it still doesn't work

I decided to add my tech. specs. in case they would mean something to somebody... perhaps a developer might drop by and spot the problem ?
