King Sparta, What about converting the ape files I have mixed in with the mp3 files. I have made mp3 disks before but not with ape files mixed with them.
My beautiful sony mp3 boombox is waiting for these disks to be made.

you will need to convert the Ape to MP3 for your "Boom Box" to play them.

just make sure when you convert them you do not Check [X]  send the orginal to recycle bin

then send only the mp3's to the cd for burning.

Okay I set up a playlist with 136 ape files and tried to convert them to mp3. I made sure that the settings were like you said. Began converting and the first two files were converted then mj crashed big time. Had to shut down and start up again.
I also notice that when I rip wave cd's if I do too much editing and then try to rip  mj will crash although all I have to do is shut it down and restart it.
I also don't know if the two files were converted as I don't know where they went. I kept the move to location file blank.

Try updating your ASPI to v4.72. Make sure MJ and any other rip/burn program is closed, too (before updating).

Apparently the bug is when you hit select all and then convert them mj will crash every time. If you select the files by clicking withthe mouse you can convert up to 20 files with no problem. However It still will occasionly freeze doing this and you have to close mj and start over.

xen uno I have upgraded to 4.72. For some reason it says I have 4.71 002.
