Hi all,

I'm using Ripcast since a couple of weeks following an advice I read here in Interact... unfortunately I cannot recall the person who mentioned it first, but I want to thank him/her very much... nice app!  

I'd like to know if any of you guys (I think the King does) ripcasts "smoothjazz.com" and has also found out that there is a little "lag" of 15-20 seconds that makes that the first 20 seconds or so of a song get ripped with the previous one. Since other stations work fairly well I was wondering if it's just me or it's a problem of that particular station not giving the song change at the right time.

yes

you need to pull up the mp3 in media editor and edit out the crap.

RipCast is not perfict and they include advertizing along with the songs that somtimes get added to the track.

some stations work better.

I think ripcast does the best as it can with www.smothjazz.com.
