Media Jukebox Crash Problems
« on: March 10, 2004, 10:08:12 am »

This version has a tendency to crash after entering information into the CD database, ripping a CD, hitting "close" after completing the rip, and then inserting a new CD.  A very long pause often occurs, followed by repeated instances of the "accessing database" and "gathering" pop up windows.  Other times, the windows never appears.  In both instances, the program crashes in XP with an error in Media Core.  The more often you switch CD's, the more common the crash occurs.

I believe this is a known problem with 10.0.84.  I'm pretty sure it was fixed in one of the releases after that.  The current is now 10.0.87, so they'll probably want you to upgrade and see if that fixes the problems.
