I didn't want to add this to the general debate on Rip Workflow (
http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?board=3;action=display;threadid=20443) because this seems to be a bug, I think. (I'm not very programming-literate).
I've been ripping a large number of CDs, and after each CD has finished, it is ejected and MC automatically switches to a 'Recently Ripped' search in Media Library; that's all fine. The Action Window shows 'Rip Progress', with the option to 'Click here to restart ripping' and this is where the problem is; sometimes, when I put another CD in the drive, the CD automatically starts ripping without waiting for me to click (which is not good); and sometimes it *does* wait...
I'm 99% sure that I haven't done anything different each time.
Anyone know what's going on?
?
Thanks in advance...
