request: MP+ Encoder
« on: April 02, 2004, 07:30:18 pm »

I have several questions:
1. Is it possible to build-in encoders for MP+, Divx and MPeg4 for the Media Center 10 instead for external encoders?
2. Is it possible for automatic import or scan to build a playlist based on the directory structure like [dir] artist/album?
4. is it possible to store the directory for playlist in a different place so its is backuped on a direfferent harddrive, or a automatic scan for building the playlist like question 3 is oke then question 4 is not a issue.
3. more support for differrent remote control units like Creative 3D blaster cenema or Creative audigy remote unit, or do i have to buy a third remote control?

Adding new files in no problem, but to make automatic a playlist is not so easy.

by mp+ I gather you mean the format now referred to as mpc or Mpegplus. MC has an internal mpc encoder, which isnt based on the latest encoder version, but still, it is there and it is working.

Find it under "tools" , "pluginmanager", "encoders".
