I've got a music database containing more than 30 000 melodies.
Thousands of these are tagged by MJ 7, and later by MJ 8.
Now I have upgraded to Mediacenter 9.1 and have got some problems with the mp3 TAG's from MJ 7, I think.
I have saved my TAG's with comment-column containing a short artist biography and record nr.
When I imported the TAG's from MJ7 into Media Center they were cut down to 28 characters.
What can I do to get the proper TAGs from MJ7 into Media Center? The TAGs from MJ8 imported fine.  ?

Could you send a file that should have a comment in it and also your MJ 8 library backup to matt @ jriver.com?

If we can reproduce it, we'll fix it.

However, it's possible that MJ 7 didn't store the long strings in the tags.  I'm not sure.

MC 10 (and probably 9) will show a complete tag dump in the Action Window under File Properties > File Type Info.
