Smartlist/View Scheme logic question
« on: April 20, 2004, 09:58:53 pm »

I'd like to create a smartlist or view scheme (not sure which yet) that excludes all music older than 2 years.  I would call it "New Music" and and put it at the top of the Audio parent view scheme.  I would think some logic like - Include all music where Year => (Current year - 2).   But I can't figure out if there's a variable that represents the current year or another way to acomplish this...

Any ideas how to do this and what the equation would look like?

I don't think this is possible... However, you could add a rule on 'date (year)' to exclude anything less than 2002.

It gives you the same result, but you'd have to change the rule next year. :)

Bump

Is there really no way to call the value of the current date / year?

Bump.

I am wondering whether this is possible as well. In my case, I'd like to view photos that have been taken in the last 30 days.
