Cover Art
« on: April 04, 2004, 01:21:40 pm »

I know this has probably been answered, but I can't find the answer anywhere....

I have one random CD's Cover art popping up on a lot of my tracks - I'm not sure if it's set up as the default cover art or something but I'm wondering how to set the default cover art so if it doesn't find the cover art from the internet, it uses nothing. Thanks

this is the default art, it can not be changed in the program.

Let's say you have images mixed in with a directory full of media files (no artist/album sub-folder reordering). Upon importing those media files, MC will attach the first image it finds to all those tracks (that is, if the files are virginal (and possibly...even if they're not) as far as CA is concerned). That's probably what happened in your case.

actually, you can change the image.

go the following folder: Media Center\Data\Custom Art and insert whatever file you'd like to use instead.  it needs to be named "logo" and i think it has to be a .png file too.
