Hi;

I just discovered the awesome Skin Effects option under the Tools/Skin menu. Don't know how long it has been there.

Now that I have found it, I believe it would have made some past skins that I found to be too dark or too light, much more usable for me.

The location of the Skin Effects in the Tools/Skin menu is not the best possible location.

I believe the Skin Effects should be the third tab in the Skin Manager window.  This way the user would be able to see the effects without having to first exit Skin Manager, then go through the Tools/Skin/Skin Effects menu.   This is a lot of extra work just to see the effects of a color change which you will have to do many times over to get it "just right".

This would also put all the skinning into one location... the Skin Manager window. Plus, it will be one less item that will be needed in an already crowded menu as it can then be removed from the Skin menu as it will no longer be needed there.

Making this change will make skinning much more enjoyable for the user as it will simplify making all skins changes
