Am still getting to grips with MC and have a couple of questions.

I noticed when I was playing about with format conversion, that for example from mp3 to ogg that in the options I can make the converted files go into my chosed directory as Artist/Album. Is there any way to have the program do that for my mp3s anyway and not just when it converts ?

Also I can't seem to access the Windows start menu while I'm in MC, I have to minimise it first. I tried lost of display options but can't seem to find one that lets me just move my mouse and acces the start/task menu. What settings should I have it at ?

Regarding the 2nd half...

Do you have the checkbox "Always on top" checked? => Right click on blank area of taskbar>Properties>General (tab). I have seen that prob in a couple builds...but not with latest.

Regarding #2:  I have had intermittent problems with MC hijacking my task bar.  The latest version does it as well but only sometimes.  I can't really figure out what causes it, although I have reported it as a bug for the last several builds (not this one... yet :) )
