Unable to play my music - error message

I am unable to play the music I imported into MJ.  I restored my license but I still receive the error.  It says: Unable to play any files in my library.  Please make sure the path in MJ Library points to the right location.  Also double check to make sure you are not unintentionally filtering files.  
Help, I don't know how to do these things.  I hope I don't have to re-import everthing.  PLEASE HELP SOON.  Thanks.  >:(

I think that it's nothing to do with the license, did you reinstaled windows and the word of the disk where your musics are changed? If yes you have to do re-import your library files
