Hello,

When I try and retrieve CD labels using the "CD Labeler" tool I get an error message.  Specifically:

OLEACC.DLL was not found.  (CDLabeler.exe won't start).

Any input re this problem is appreciated.  I bought the license for the full version recently and I'm assuming this feature is included.

Sounds like a bad install

Do a uninstall/reinstall as outline in these posts

Thx but I've reinstalled with no luck at all.  

As far as the "posts" link noted in the reply, there doesn't seem to be anything on point.

Anyway, I've reinstalled and the CD Labeler feature still does not function.

Any other advice?

This is a problem caused by a bug in the Microsoft tools we use to build Media Jukebox. We will have a fix for version 8 at some point, but in the meantime I could send you a good copy of the labeler program if you send me an email at:
johnt @ jriver.com   (remove the spaces)

I've downloaded labeling software from another vendor that seems to be working fine.
