Playback sounds too fast
« on: November 17, 2002, 04:04:46 am »

Anyone help - installed v8 on win 95 and win 98 machines and all is fine.  Installed on Win 2K and playing files sounds like the chipmunks - very fast and speeded up?  Got a solution to solve it... cheers!!

Trainer - this problem has been reported a few times before. I cant remember the solution, but I think it may have something to do with drivers. Try a search of the board until someone whos experienced this jumps in with more info.

Post your sys info from Help>System Info. Someone else had a problem like that here. Backup license...uninstall MJ...Make sure your current on everything (OS, ASPI, soundcard drv's, DirectX, latest MJ, etc.)...reinstall MJ...restore license.
