Purchasing a licence

My name is Jose Rosales and I would like to purchase the licence for
>you product. I do not have a credit card. May I send you an International Money Order for US$19.89? If it is so, what is your address to send this money order?
I live in Brisbane, Australia

Response that I get is: I'm sorry, but we only sell with MC or Visa from within the program.

How about people that do not have credit cards??
