rio s35 and external sd card

Maybe I am missing something but how can I get MC to see the external card that I have in my rio?  I am using the latest version of MC10 - .31?

Do you have the checkbox for 'Enable WMDM support' selected under Tools->Options->Devices? If so, make sure you have the latest drivers for the S35 from Rio.

I have the most current drivers and have selected WMDM support - all I can get MC to see is the internal memory.  Please help.  Thanks again.

If you have WMP installed, try connecting to your Rio with it and see if your results are the same. If they are, it is a driver issue.  It has been a while, but I tested the S35 as well as a bunch of other Rio players a while ago, and I remember seeing the same thing until I installed different drivers.
