support issues
« on: November 15, 2002, 07:44:57 pm »

I have had great difficulty with encoding to mp3 and ipod plugin.  I have been unable to get any support.  I tried with v8 with four installs.  then i moved to the v9 beta version.  i finally could see ipod drive but couldn't download files.

now i'm able to encode but when i start it takes 100% of my cpu.

how can i get this product to perform in a way that mirrors others?  I would appreciate any suggestions about how to debug these problems  ?

That's not unusual...I'm at 95 to 100% when encoding also. If you're able to get that number then you must be running NT/W2k/XP...which all multitask very well.

There is a long running IPOD topic on the forum here. Check it out. The plug-in is still beta, I believe. Post your sys info from Help>System Info.

Please use a subject that describes the problem.  I'll close this thread.
