You can create a playlist and print that if you don't want to print the entire list.

I've created a playlist of all in a particular order but when I attempt to print it, it  still does not give me an option say, print pages 1 - 3, etc.  Its either all or not.

Print List will always print the whole list.

So create a playlist containing only the files you want to print.  Print that playlist.
