1st: Order of buiss is an option to change the decoder over to a diff MPEG2 decoder also Audio option as well.
2nd: Why can I import my MPEG clip in to Media Center and yes I did download the latest ver.

How long is your mpeg clip(s)?  By default, MC ignores "small" files, though it doesn't specify what small is for video.  Try unselecting "Ignore small files" from the import window.

Are you sure they are MPEG clips? Sometimes you can rename an AVI to .MPG and media player will still play it, but it may confuse MC

Yes I'm 100% there MPEG since my capture card is WinTV-PVR 250.
