Rename And Move

???I would like to know how to do the following (if possible). I have a large list of MP3 files in differing directories. All have had there ID3 tag cleaned. I want to (in one operation) rename each file to "Track - Title" and move it to a new directory of "BasePath\Artist\Album".

Right-click some files, click properties.
Under "Tools" click "Rename Files from Properties"
Enter the appropriate template info and Bob's yer Uncle.
