Filing
« on: May 24, 2004, 12:22:13 pm »

I would like to keep my classical music files completely separate to my contemporary music  files (so that when I use various Views it doesn't clutter classical and contemporary together). Is there a way to create essentially a separate "database" (so rather than just saying "Audio" at the top of the the tree it says, for e.g., "Audio Contemporary" as one tree, and "Audio Classical" as another tree, and where all sorts/views only work withn one tree or the tother, not both?

You'll need Media Center 10, but then you can create a new library field and build your custom view schemes off of this field.
