I'm trying to stream the PC-TV upon my home lan using MS Media Encoder and my Pinnacle PCTV internal card.
I've tryed Umedia client-server solution and seems ok.
When trying with MS Media Encoder I get the audio well encoded and can be heard, with the video I get a green image flickening on the upper side.
DirectX9b+Patch installed, Media Encoder 9 with Last codecs, Win2K with SP4.
Using PAL_B I/O (Italy here).
Anyone experienced this ?
