Compaq iPAQ PA1 Not Recognized

I am unable to copy files to my Compaq iPAQ PA1 device.  It states "Player not found.  Please check that drivers are installed and player is connected."  Does anyone have a solution.  I am running Windows XP home edition.

Paul,

Try going to Tools->Options->Devices and click the box for 'Enable WMDM support'. If your player is WMDM compatible, this should take care of the problem.  More info on WMDM can be found here....
