MC10 Resource Question

Guys, I have a Question. I have a dual 800hz machine w/1gig mem. I have MC10 and when opened the resources on the machine are completely taken to the app. It is the only app I have open & I can not nav or barely use the MC program. Any ideas or experiences would be great
