genre ??

A while back I figured out how to get rid of the genre selection on the tree view, can't figure out how to get it back. does anyone know?

I want to be able to set a genre, and then when selected, show me a tree like the artist/album, but only containing the selected genre.  Is this possible?  Is there a better way?

Hi Gkerber,

For what I undestand you want to "re"-create a genre/artist/album view scheme, do you ?

If so, Right Click on the Media Library tree root , select 'Add New View Scheme...'
Then Add genre, Add artist, Add album, Ok.

Now in the genre/artist/album if you select any genre you'll get only the artist/album
playing songs in that specific genre.

Well, I'm not sure I really helped you  ! let  me know.

Thank you, thank you, thank you.

That is PERFECT, exactly what I wanted.  And so easy once you told me how.

Two words:  BOOTY BASS

Use just that, then there's no need to sort.
