I have all my cover art JPEG images stored in each album folder.

The right click Image\Quick Find In File \ Cover Art Directory no longer finds my images.

The Options\File Location\Track Image Location has not changed & looks the same as it always has.

What has happened ?

Problem is still present in v 148.

I've only managed to get this to work if the jpeg is named folder.jpg.  Also, if there is already an image assigned I find that you need to remove this first.  If this image that you are removing is in the cover art folder you should reply 'yes' to 'delete the image from your hard drive?' question, otherwise MC will always use the image in the cover art folder before the album folder.

What version did this behavior start in.  I have 10.0.146 and I just re-confirmed it is working properly.

Am currently running v 148 but the problem has been on-going for many versions.  Not sure when it first started but I noticed it last month.

Hi guys;

I finally got it to working (for now).

I tried changing the jpeg file name from say... Clockwork.jpeg to... Folder.jpeg but that seems to be unnecessary; it worked both ways.  I think the important thing is that there is a jpeg image file present & the actual name makes no difference.  I hope that is so as I really do not want to rename all my images to Folder.jpeg as that make absolutely no since to me.

I did find that I had to use the Image\Remove Cover art command (without deleting from the hard drive) then I used the Image\Quick Find In File command & the images reappeared.

Cover Art has been a total nightmare for me since v 9 then v 10.  It seems that I get it all working & then something is changed in the MC code that causes more problems.

I'm not holding my breath that this is the final fix but it seems to be working ok (for now).

Not to be negative, but I really hope this is the end of it.
