Hi, I've got a not really regular TV-Tuner card,
What device is it?

We support ATI, Hauppauge, Leadtek. Pinnacle, etc. etc.

Not sure why it does not work with your device. The code is there to make sure video shows up in MC window.

I have the same problem that jwschors has, except that I'm using a PCI based ATI All-In-Wonder 128 Pro (it has the RAGE 128 chipset).  I'm also running windows 98 SE (so maybe that's it).  Just wondering if there's a way for me to rectify the situation, as I would like to use MC to record and watch TV, but it's just too darn annoying trying to watch TV when MC opens it in a separate "active movie" window.  Thanks

Are you using the latest driver from ATI? If not please try updating the driver.

Yes, I was and still am using the latest drivers from ATI... since this is an old card, the drivers were last updated around 2002.  Thanks for looking into the situation, but my windows 98 system was in such disrepair that I finally folded and went for a triple boot system... windows 98/xp/mandrake linux.  Thanks again!
