Incorrect album picture
« on: July 17, 2004, 06:58:45 pm »

This is my second request to fix this problem.  When I've downloaded music off the net, its taking the wrong album picture and associating it to several other downloaded music.  As an example, I loaded a Donner Summer song, it apparently had the album picture information with but it also attached to my other 15 songs to MC10.150 and they all have the same album picture when you move the cursor to the title.

MC does not do this unless you tell it to do it

you may need to explain what your talking about step by step and a bit clearer.

the only time this will happen is if you put all files music within the same folder and save the art as folder.jpg

When you move your cursor through your media library list, if there is the cover art for that song it will display.  The problem is one cd cover is attached to several other songs that are not related.  I can only think that may when I moved them from one directory to my regular directory (I don't download to the same library) one had a cover art and the others didn't and it loaded it to all the others.
I have several song that have the same cover art.  How do I delete the cover art from that particular song. ?

The only think in the download directory are the mp3s, after I edit the titles, then I drag their titles into the right directory then use Tools to import these into the data base.  I'm not bringing anything else.  But if one has CD cover information with it, it is attaching that information and picture to the group. ?
