I want my money back
« on: November 10, 2002, 12:03:13 am »

Without CDDB support, it is a rediculous waste of time using your product to rip CD's.  I understand your interest in creating a new database (YADB) so that you can sell it to others, but I PAID for the use of your product with the understanding that I could rip CD's.  YADB is new and incomplete.

I have privately asked for my money back but you have ignored me.  Would you please give me my money back?

Thank you,

Bil Oliver

It never ceases to amaze me how people can actually expect to have their money back when they had 30 days to try the product. FOLKS: READ BEFORE YOU BUY!!! There are NO refunds! It is unfair to ask JRiver for your money back when they have NO WAY of knowing if you are still using the program...Sheesh!
