Can't see tag information on Rio Nitrus

Hi,

Don't know if this is an FAQ - I've tried looking in the forums but I've noticed that when I view Albums etc. from my Rio Nitrus using WMDM that I can't see any tag information in the details view etc. even though the tags are obviously present - I get the same problem with wma and mp3.

Is this a known problem (with WMDM?) or am I doing something wrong.

This is with 10.0.153 btw.

Matthew,

You should be able to expand the tree node for 'Albums', click on a particular album and then see the information for the files on that album. If this is not the case, can you try accessing your player with Windows Media Player and see if the behavior is similar? We do not have a Rio Nitrus here for me to verify what you are reporting.
