getting MP3 playlist to record properly
« on: August 05, 2004, 09:06:48 pm »

I am using MC9.1, and when I make a data disc for my car MP3 player, it is being recorded as M3U playlist file, not MP3 files. The Car CD player will only play the first track over and over again, nothing else.

Seq   Name   Artist   Album   Rating   Genre   Track #   Duration   Bitrate   File Type   Date (year)   Filename
1   Playlist         ?               m3u      NEW (4)\Playlist.m3u

What am I doing wrong?
I make a playlist, then select all, add all files to BURN CD, and burn. That should be it, I think.
HELP!!!!

Stick the disk in your comp, run NotePad and open the *.m3u off the disk. Copy and paste the m3u contents here.
