Your FAQ for MJ8 says a new license number can be acquired for free by entering the permanent reg code on a restore form .
I have done that and it charged me with a restore. Since it did not go thru the second time. I had to do it twice resulting in two restore charges. You've been fair with the restores up to this point, but everytime this happens I feel I must inform you immediately so that if you change your policy down the road I will have a record of same. As far as I am concerned contractually, I have no limit given the amgiguous nature in which this is presented.
It also seems that lately the program is growing unstable and erratic in several ways but I attribute that to the changing nature of the windows operating system, and your products efforts to keep up.
