Hello - I'm looking for a good program that will transfer VHS tapes to DVD.  Here's one I'm looking at: The DVD X Maker http://www.allformp3.com/dvd-copy-software/convert-vhs-to-dvd.htm

I'd like something that is fully compatable with Media Center.

If it produces mpg's, mpeg's, avi's, wmv's, mov's, and VOB's (standard DVD format which are really mpeg's)...then it's compatible.
