With Matt's help I was able to create a view scheme for the TV-Tuner which gives a better handling of TV channels.

1) Create a View Scheme name TV-Tuner and in step 4 you enter the following search string: File Type = [tvlb]. You have to type it, it does not work with the wizard.

2) Start TV-Tuner and go to Playing Now. You fill find there all channels listed in Playing Now. Select them all and right click. You will find a function "Import into Library".

3) The view scheme will be populated with all channels and now you can manipulate your channels the same way as other media types. You could group them by countries (for non US citizens  ) or by channel type (News, Sports, Movie channels etc.).

4) You can easily select a channel and play it. In this way you get a more consistent interface with all the other media types and may be more useful in Theater view.
