DM doesn't seems to create a temporary file (.tmp) to store a file until it is completly downloaded (at least not in all cases). The problem is that you can see it in MJ (file location view) and you could modify its tags (I don't know if the file is locked by DM).

It would be better (imho) to use a temporary file until download is completed.
