I have had this version of Media Jukebox for many months now. It has crashed occasionally before, but seems to crash all the time time now. I have not changed any software or anything else on the computer. Any ideas?

Also, I am keen to start buying music on-line and read that MJ 8.0.400 does not play protected WMA. Am I correct in assuming that I will not be able to play these tracks? Will I also not be able to play CD's I have bought legally and ripped to my computer for playing on my MP3 player?

Sorry about the ignorance, but I would like to be clear on this....

since MJ8 was released many years ago there may be a chance that it does not work with newer formats.

there has been 3 newer products from J River. "Media Center" that deals with not only newer formats but newer hardware.
