My skin keeps on crashing
« on: October 31, 2002, 09:10:38 pm »

Would anybody know why my skin keeps on crashing?  I have made about 4 skins and have used the same code every time, just changed the pictures and the position.  But this time my skin crashes every time after about 2 minutes of use, it just crashes randomly too, not when I press a button.  Does anybody have any ideas on this?

the only thing i can think of so far is that this last skin that has a lot of trasparency might have some buttons that overlap a bit.  Would this be the problem?

By the sound of the subject title, it sounds like a very serious personal problem. Have you tried lotion?

Seriously though, upgrade to build 388 if you haven't done so.

If you have then make sure you have latest video drivers (and latest of everything else, really)

Post your sys info (Help>System Info) here. It's a starting point.

Does MJ run fine (w/ no screen probs) when you disable skins?

PS: Just caught your "I have made about 4 skins and have used the same code every time". Could be the way MJ is interpreting your code. You may need to rewrite.
