BB initilization failure

Hi,

I have got a licence for a few minutes for mediacenter version 10.0.173. Now I would install it, but this show me :" Error restoring  Medias center licence, BB initialization failure
 Please help me or tell me how to get money back!
I have read something about this problem here in this forum and it looks like there is no help or solution
