Charged twice

I bought Media Jukebox 8 a while ago.  I had to reinstall it today.  I lost the key code.  So I got another one and charged for the software again.  Would you please credit me for the charge on October 30, 2002? Thank you Dale Berg

About two years ago, somebody posted their credit card number to the forum.  I don't think it helped, though.   ::)
