CD Label Editor

How do you use the CD Label Editor?   The help is very sparse.  I use the Labeler wizard to add tracks to the CD and put on a background image, but things aren't the way I'd like.  If I click "go to label editor" i get an interface that seems it would be better at editing the label, but it doesn't keep the pre-printed label format.  Am I missing something?
