I have a 15GB Gen3 iPod that under MC 10 I could load up in about 35 minutes.  Trying to load it up now from scratch on MC 11 and I'm already 30 minutes into the process with the counter telling me I've got another 2.5 hours to go.  Is anyone else seeing their transfers this slow?  (I'm using firewire)

CautionESPN,

I have not seen other posts like this (although I am currently digging through a backlog). Is this still slow in 11.0.149? If so, are the speeds slow if you manually transfer files to iPod using Explorer? If so, it could indicate a hardware issue.

PS If you test the speed by copying files manually to iPod, remember that they will not play and will just take up space, so delete them after the test.
