Display Plug-ins

I just began using Media Center 10.0.173. I purchased G-Force Gold and downloaded the plug-ins for G-Force and White Cap. The plug-ins show up in the plug-in manager but none of the visualzations will run. Track info also doesn't show. I am able to run a slide show with images  and I was able to download a skin and apply it.

What do I need to do to get the visualizations to run?

Make sure you're playing a file with MC's internal audio engine. (MP3, OGG, WMA, WAV, APE, etc.)

Thanks for the response. All of the files I am playing are mp3. Any other suggestions?
