I think that you only have 10 Restores per Year, Read the FAQ, if have already used the 10 Restores i think that is nothing you can do about it

email support.  :)

I had a similar problem a couple of years ago before they allowed 10 restores. When I explained my dillemma, they were quite congenial about extending the license.

Geez, software companies have to do SOMETHING about people installing their software on a million people's computers. I would imagine many software companies feel a bit like the music industry sometimes, with people doling out tons of copies of their work unpaid for. Of course, many software companies don't rape the public's wallets either, but it was just an (unneccesary) insight.

Anyway, J River is usually cool about things. But how in the heck did u go through 10 restores already?  :o

hehe.

Well first at all, i do install a lot on my computer  :P

Im not installing it on other computers than my own, but i still don't understand why they only allow 10 for a year  :-/

Im a system administrator, and need to change my own system at home a lot when i do a lot af experiments, so that's the reason why i might got over the 10 allowed license  ;D

I'm also like you, but i keep the MC or MJ running without the license during the 30 days trial, then i install the license.

Your counter has been reset.  Sorry for any hassles.

(in the future, wait the 30 days before using a restore)
