Dear Moderators: I writing you because I download by mistake the Jc media Ctr 11 instead the 10, I been charge for the 11 and after I see everything is not working properly I download the version 10 and of course been charge!! How I can get a refund or credit or to be charge for the next incoming version. I'll appreciated you prompt response to this matter!! I don't know if you need the registrrations code?, if so let me know!

I believe this is something that should be taken up with DFX, JRiver does not make DFX....
