Large MP3 - too big for CD-R!! What now?

I have a large audio book converted to a single MP3 file (181 meg).  How can I burn the entire audio book onto cd's using MJ 8?

How much disk space will be required?

depending on the cd, but normaly there is 640 megs on a normal 74 min cd.
