mov. file

i recieved email att with mov. file,it will not play in mc .
Is this normal,or do i have to make settings adjustment.normally everything opens in mc automatically.
i i can download quick time if i have to

That would be a good start considering you need the QT codecs to decode a .mov file. ;)
